Rising Sun respects your privacy. Rising Sun does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding its customers to any third party. Any information you provide is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Order Policy:
All On Line orders require credit card or check payment: American Express,
Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted via Pay Pal. All orders must be pre-paid.

$25.00 fee will be applied for all returned (NSF) checks.
We are authorized to collect Ohio Sales Tax on all items shipping within Ohio.
Pricing and Photographs are subject to change without notice.
All Public Institutions (Libraries, Schools, Government Agencies, etc.) will
automatically receive Net 30-Day Terms.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 8 weeks from the time your order was received. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by email or phone.
All shipments ship via USPS (United States Parcel Service). You have the choice to ship your order standard mail, Priority Mai, or UPS. Please specify shipping option at time of order.
International Shipments:
All international shipments will have applicable brokerage fees, duty, taxes and GST added unless otherwise specified by buyer. Contact customer service at (330) 729-9024 or clientrelations@rsep.net for specific details regarding your International Shipment.
Refused Shipments:
All refused shipments without cause will result in the buyer being billed for all applicable freight charges. An additional $25.00 handling fee will be added to all unauthorized refusals.
Lost or Damaged Goods
Shipments containing multiple packages may be separated. Please allow 3 working days after arrival of 1st package before contacting customer service. All shipments must be checked immediately upon receipt. All claims for damaged shipments must be made directly with Rising Sun.
Return Policy:
All shipments must be checked immediately upon receipt. If your purchase is damage upon arrival, you may return it for exchange or in-house credit within 30 days from date of invoice.
All returns must be cleared with Customer Service at (330) 729-9024 or clientrelations@rsep.net. Please note that the return does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. All shipping charges incurred due to the return of merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid! Rising Sun will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return of merchandise. We suggest that you use USPS Media Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight collect shipments. No merchandise will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization
Refund Policy:
Refunds are granted at the discretion of Rising Sun. Refunds will not be granted for damaged items, items ordered by mistake, or items delayed by the shipping company. Damaged will be replaced with an item of equal value. Items ordered by mistake will replaced at the customers expense. Items delayed longer than 10 business days by the shipping company will be re-shipped within 2 to 4 business days of notification.
BSTN video productions:
Any video production produced by BSTN (Boardman Schools Television Network) and is made available through special arrangements with BSTN, Boardman Local Schools, and Rising Sun are subject to the following:
Such video productions are being provided by BSTN. Such video productions (DVD)
are available for order for a limited time only. After three (3) months from
the date of the performance, the video production (DVD) will no longer be available
for order. All orders for the video production (DVD) are also subject to the
following:
- All video production sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason.
- Rising Sun is only responsible for the sale, duplication, and distribution
of the video production (DVD). Rising Sun is not responsible for the video production
itself.
- Rising Sun and BSTN will make every effort to have the video production (DVD)
shipped within six (6) to eight (8) weeks, but neither will be held responsible
if the processing time takes longer the eight (8) weeks.
